Crepes - Summer Camp 2022 Brunch Recipe
Ingredients
- 1cup of flour for all uses
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tabkedpoons of oil or melted butter
Preparation
- Put the flour, sugar, salt in a bowl and mix them all together slowly. Add the milk , eggs, oil or butter and mix slowly until its all smooth.
- Rake the creperie or a frying pan and turn it on.
- Add a teacup of the mixture on the creperie and try to spread it evenly with the wooden stick.
- In a few minutes you will see the crepe ready on the side so you turn it (with the stick or a spatula )on the other side to cook .
- Then when its ready , add cheese or ham , or chocolate or jam and fold it like a triangle and its ready to eat.
- You can serve it with fresh fruit ( fresh strawberry, banana, or chocolate syrup or crushed biscuits)
